Mel Burr's apple/mixed fruit crisp


1/2  Cup  Flour

1/4 - 1/2  Cup  Oatmeal

1/4 - 1/2  Cup Nuts (Pecan or Walnuts)


Mix Flour, Sugars and spices with the butter till crumbly - stir in the oatmeal and nuts. 


1/3  cup Brown Sugar

1/3  cup Sugar

4     tablespoons Butter

1/2 - 1  tsp.  Cinnamon

1/4       tsp.  Nutmeg 


Mixed Fruit  - Apples/Strawberries/Rasberries/Blackberries/Blueberries


Fill oblong pan with assorted Fruits to desired thickness and top with Crisp.

Bake at 375° for approximately 40 - 45 minutes, or until bubbles.


Serve warm with ice cream
