- Combine the dry ingredients:

½ cup blue corn meal

½ cup buckwheat flour

½ cup white flour

1 tsp. baking powder

½ tsp. salt
- Mix in:

1-2 whole eggs

1-2 T. molasses

~1 cup milk, to desired consistency

blueberries or chopped apples
- Top with ground cardamom and/or cinnamon while baking.
